The course also introduces advanced features such as generative answers powered by Microsoft 365 Copilot, enabling agents to deliver more personalized and dynamic responses. By the end, learners will be equipped to build and refine AI-powered assistants that improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and enhance user experience across departments—without writing a single line of code.
