Both sides of a success story
Driven by the needs of companies that are long-term partners of Semos Education and students who have completed a certified training or academy, our team came up with the idea of developing the Career Center.
In this text we will share with you the both sides of a success story. The main characters in our story are: the integrated communication agency Represent Communications and Dino Janakiev who acquired his knowledge by attending the official Graphic Design Academy accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science.
How did the Carer Center connect the two sides – the company and the candidate?
We achieved the desired goal simply and in three steps:
- We talked and discovered which is the ideal candidate for the company.
In order to save time in the recruitment process, as well as to be sure of the candidate’s competencies, the Represent Communications’ team shared the necessary candidate profile with Semos Education Career Center. - We selected and recommended the best.
Our team from the Career Center, together with the trainers, selected a candidate who is the most suitable for the needs of the agency from the large database of potential candidates. - Success story and two satisfied parties.
The Represent Communications’ team made a selection from the recommended candidates and decided to hire one, in this case Dino, who showed high initiative, creativity and knowledge.
How did the Career Center connect Represent Communications and Dino Janakiev?
The communication with the Career Center of Semos Education allowed us to hire a Graphic Designer immediately, something we badly needed, and we had to act fast. In communication with people in charge of this problem, within 1 day, we exchanged a request and received a list of potential candidates with a recommendation directly from the trainer. The candidates were informed that we would communicate with them, and again the speed in communication was the key factor to find the desired member for our team and offer him employment within 3 days. –

Semos Education Career Center was by my side all the way to my start of the career as a Graphic Designer. I came with a desire to learn and minimal prior knowledge in the field and left with several job offers and employment for which the Career Center made the first step and connected me with the company and so I started my career as a Graphic Designer. –
