The course “Use of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources” aims to equip participants with both theoretical and practical skills for applying artificial intelligence (AI) across various HR processes. This course emphasizes the integration of AI within human resources workflows—including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance evaluation, and data analysis—enabling participants to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, and optimize talent management.

 

 

Through a blend of presentations, practical examples, and simulations, participants will uncover best practices for implementing AI at various stages of the employee lifecycle. The course includes the application of AI tools without the need for coding, providing participants with an accessible and straightforward way to implement modern technologies in HR.

    • Aim: Provide an introduction and technical setup for participants, including the configuration of work devices for seamless operation.

 

  • Module 1: Fundamentals of AI in Human Resources
    • Aim: Familiarize participants with the basics of AI, machine learning, and NLP to enhance productivity in HR.

 

  • Module 2: Strategic Human Resource Management
    • Aim: Advance strategic management and predictive analytics in HR, utilizing AI to support talent planning and process optimization.

 

  • Module 3: Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Aim: Apply AI to automate and optimize recruitment and onboarding processes, with a focus on ethical considerations and transparency.
