Artificial Intelligence in Finance

This course is designed to help participants understand and apply artificial intelligence (AI) in their daily work within the financial sector. It covers theoretical foundations, practical skills, and tools used for entering and processing financial data, analyzing financial documents, budgeting, forecasting, ensuring compliance with financial standards and internal policies, decision-making, and visualizing and presenting financial information.

All course modules are focused on hands-on learning, enabling participants to immediately apply AI tools in their day-to-day tasks.

Module 1: Introduction to the Course and Artificial Intelligence in the Financial Sector

In this module, participants will get acquainted with the course objectives and receive all the necessary tools and settings for smooth and effective learning. They will also be introduced to artificial intelligence and its application in everyday financial processes. This part includes an overview of different types of AI tools, an introduction to prompt engineering, case studies from the finance sector, and guidance on creating a plan to integrate AI tools into daily functions.

Module 2: Practical Application of AI Tools

This module enables participants to gain hands-on skills in using AI tools in Excel to significantly reduce the time spent working with data. They will learn how tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and other intelligent assistants can be used to automatically format tables, structure and clean data, add columns and calculations, and identify trends and anomalies. Additionally, participants will explore how AI can generate formulas, visualize data through charts and graphs, and create more functional and dynamic reporting and analysis tables.

Module 3: Data Intelligence in the Financial Sector

In this module, participants will gain practical knowledge of using artificial intelligence for reading and processing documents, with a special focus on tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Azure. They will learn how to effectively write prompts for automatically extracting structured data from various types of documents (PDFs, scanned, handwritten, etc.).

Module 4: Your Digital Assistants: AI Agents in Action

This module explores AI agents, their potential applications, and provides hands-on experience in creating AI agents using Copilot Studio.
