AI for Finance Professionals

This course is designed to help participants understand and apply artificial intelligence (AI) in their daily work within the financial sector. It covers theoretical foundations, practical skills, and tools used for entering and processing financial data, analyzing financial documents, budgeting, forecasting, ensuring compliance with financial standards and internal policies, decision-making, and visualizing and presenting financial information.

It explores the role and significance of AI in modern financial processes, including its use cases, potential risks, challenges, and regulations. Additionally, participants will learn how to create effective prompts for interacting with AI tools, which is essential for their successful implementation.

Module 2: Efficient Use of Copilot and ChatGPT in Financial Recordkeeping and Verification

In this module, participants will gain practical skills in managing financial data and ensuring compliance of internal procedures with financial documentation using Copilot and ChatGPT. It will demonstrate how AI can assist in verifying and validating financial data, aiming to increase accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Module 3: Analysis, Forecasting, and Strategic Decision-Making with Copilot and ChatGPT

This module focuses on using AI tools for business analysis and strategic financial decision-making. Participants will learn how to define and calculate key KPIs, analyze essential financial documents, monitor budgets and productivity, and create professional reports and spreadsheets in Excel and PowerPoint.

Module 4: AI Agents in Copilot

The final module centers on AI agents and their application in business environments. It explains how AI agents function, how they contribute to increased efficiency and productivity, and explores their transformative impact on modern business processes. Participants will gain insight into practical agent creation using Copilot Studio.
